- Completed a NYT Crossword puzzle.
- Seen an ancient wonder of the world. (I’ve seen the Colosseum which is on the list for modern wonders of the world.)
- Driven in a Tesla, McLaren, Bentley, or Lamborgini.
- Visited Radio City Music Hall.
- Watched an episode of Real Housewives.
- Gone on a safari.
- Attended an antiques auction. (In general, antiques do not appeal to me.)
- Followed a No-Poo hair-washing method.
- Lost an adult tooth (not counting wisdom teeth).
- Been in the audience of a live TV show taping.
Your turn.
- What’s your score on my Never Have I Ever list?
- What’s your favourite reality show? I don’t watch any these days, but I used to LOVE The Amazing Race.
- If you’ve been on a safari, in which country?

Ooh, interesting list!
1. I’ve completed the mini, does that count?
3. Not driven a Tesla myself, but I’ve sat in one to be driven around?
8. Experimented when I was younger. It’s too much hassle for my hair.
9. 4 molars – I didn’t have enough space for all my teeth if I wanted them non-crooked
10. Does that imply you have been in the audience of a non-live tv show taping ? Is live meant as on air while being recorded? Or live as in, they are recording while you are there? I’ve not been in either, but my hands are in a Belgian kids’ music video (in the audience somewhere). And I’ve been at televised sports events.
I’ve only sort of done #1 and #10. I have done NYT mini and midi crosswords, and at sone point in the past probably did the paper version of the regular one. I was on a kids quiz shoe in high school that was taped and aired on a local TV channel- so not the audience and not really major TV.
So half credit on two- 1 point.
My adult dental efforts are to make sure none of these teeth go anywhere- to make up for my neglect on my y I uth! Crowns but no removal.
I first had to google the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World to check what was even on the list! And yes, the pyramids are the only ones that can still be seen today, and we went to see them.
But I have never done the NYT crossword either! I think I tried once, but it was a real struggle.
Of the items on the list, which one would you like to do next? (not including the loss of an adult tooth, obviously! 😅)
I think I have watched half an episode of Real Housewives, it’s not for me and I have been to an antiques auction. My brother is a collector.
Most are also on my “never have I ever” list. I’ve been to the odd auction here and there. I love old stuff! And I have a tooth implant – expensive and took forever to install. We’ve finished the Globe and Mail Christmas crossword a couple of times, as a group. Back in NS for Shannon and family’s visit July 18 to 25th. Not looking forward to the drive – for us and for Charlie!
You and I are polar opposites on the NYT! i do the full crossword, mini, and now midi everyday. The good news is that we can still be friends. I’ve been to Radio City Music Hall.
Things that I have tried and failed: watching Real Housewives and going no-poo. I’m happy for people who like RH and who can have nice hair without shampoo, but their ways are not my ways.
Everything else on the list is a never have I ever.
Yes only to #1 and 10! Back in my 20s, I used to do the NYT crosswords daily, and I definitely completed plenty of the earlier week ones- NEVER a Sunday. NYT Sunday crosswords are impossible.
Growing up, there was a local show called “Bozo’s Circus”. Like most kids, I got the chance to go and be in the audience with my class (( think it was fifth grade?) That show was actually filmed and aired live every day.
LIke Catrina, I was going to look up the wonders of the ancient world, but then I figured if I have to look it up, i definitely haven’t seen any.
1. Yes – but only with the autochecker on which is kind of cheating but hey, it’s not an exam.
2. Nope and none are something that is a high priority for me to see (I had to google the list)
3. I’ve rode in many Teslas. A lot of sales reps have Teslsas, especially those in CA.
4. I went to The Christmas Spectacular in January of 2004 when I visited some friends from NY that I met when I studied abroad in Australia!V
5. Yes and I’d like that time back. That show is not for me.
6. No, and it’s unlikely to happen as it’s not something Phil is super keen to do.
7. Heck no and would prefer to never do this. Phil, on the other hand, loves antiques. He loves to watch The Antique Roadshow which bores me.
8. Nope. I sweat too much.
9. Fortunately, no.
10. Nope!
