Here’s a quick schedule of events for our upcoming month of walking! (For anyone just joining, get the full scoop here.)
I’ve organized things as follows:
- Week 1: Wednesday, 1 April – Tuesday, 7 April
- Week 2: Wednesday, 8 April – Tuesday, 14 April
- Week 3: Wednesday, 15 April – Tuesday, 21 April
- Week 4+: Wednesday, 22 April – Thursday, 30 April
I’m asking for people to send in their picture (singular this time) or collage* (bonus points!) and any relevant details or comments by these dates:
- Week 1 —> Thursday: 9 April
- Week 2 —> Thursday: 16 April
- Week 3 —> Thursday: 23 April
- Week 4 —> Tuesday: 5 May
(“Late” submissions are totally fine—they’ll just roll into the next recap!)
*You can create collages for free using Canva.
My planned posting schedule will be:
- Week 1 Recap: Saturday, 11 April
- Week 2 Recap: Saturday, 18 April (or Sunday, 19 April)
- Week 3 Recap: Saturday, 25 April
- Week 4 + Final Recap/Maps: Saturday, 9 May

Ooh, a schedule of events! It makes it sound like a festival. It’s a walking festival! I got off to a good start with a 30 minute walk yesterday- we’ll see if I keep it up.

I got out for a second ten minute walk in the cold wind because of CBWC inspiration!
Ha! Collages are definitely an extra (unnecessary) step. I’m so glad you braved the cold to fit in a walk; I hope you felt better physically and mentally after that intentional movement. Also, I hope it warms up for you!
I thought of you (and The CBWC) this morning on my early morning walk when I noticed the beautiful full moon. I tried to get a picture but it just ended up being a blur in the sky. 🙁
Awww. Sometimes things just can’t be captured as physical pictures and that makes them even more special in some ways???
