I’m hosting a little gratitude practice for August over at Lighthouse Keepers, my Patreon community, and I’d love to have you participate.
I’ve created two free printable trackers: one with 31 (short!) daily prompts and one blank version. Both also include space to make note of any “Stormy Seas” because practising gratitude DOES NOT mean pretending everything is perfect.
Ready to get started? Both August gratitude printables are free—no paid Patreon membership required. Pop over to download the version with 31 daily prompts, the blank version (what I’m opting for this time around), or both!

To get started, chime in below and share five things you’re thankful for today.
I’ll go first:
- Working at a cafe with John this morning. It was fun to be together in the hum of activity, each working on different projects.
- Sunshine!
- A comfortable dress—(my summer uniform!)
- Clean sheets tonight! It was overdue.
- The tennis courts in our town, which provide hours of fun for our tween son.
What are five things you’re thankful for right now?
